If you think you might want a shot at being on “Dancing with the Stars,” you might want to learn to dance, right? Right.

Luckily, for those who don’t know the difference between a Waltz and a Cha-Cha, now is your chance to get a leg up so to speak. The Civic Dance Arts Program has been ariund since 1942 and is offered in conjunction with the City of San Diego Park and Recreation Dept. Classes can be taken by just about anyone and are offered at 25 different locations throughout the City of San Diego.

Learn Tap, Jazz, even Ballet. There’s also a new program called the Balboa Dance Camp, offered in the summer and winter months for ages 6-17.

So, don’t just sit there, get your dancing shoes ready, you never know, you might just be a star in the making.
