I love summer here in San Diego. We have great boutiques that have some beautiful clothes that are ready to be worn. Also, with it being summer, we can get out the summer home decor and let our lives go from inside to outside and enjoy San Diego interior design. We can sit outside at the outdoor cafes to the beach. This is why we all live here!

Tragic that after all these years there is still nothing happening at NTC.

Guess all that redevelopment money went into other things. Like Alan Ziters nose.

Shocked that Alan Ziter and Jeremy Gaucher still have jobs. Seems all they do is over endulge themselves at public events that we pick up the tab for. Jermemy has has how many drunk driving arrests? Yet we leave him in charge of the children.

Alan Ziter a known Meth user, his abusive behavior in the office legendary and costly due to law suits, struts around like napolean.

Amazing he still has a job. Not sure what he does exactly other than increase his own net worth by using our public money and the McMillin Funds to cover his play time.

Its a shame. Why do they need an executive director. Cant the president run things. Alan sure cant. Where all the money he has raised.

Guess it was part of the deal with the developers and the city. He must know too much.

Shameful. Imagine what the money spent on Alan, Jeremy and the usless marketing department could do for the rest of us.

Seems Marianne Gregson simply has used same old tired ideas to promote back wash bay.

[...] Kristin Allen wrote an interesting post today onHere’s a quick excerptWith Memorial Day behind us, it’s safe to say it’s officially summer in San Diego. While the early June Gloom and sporadic rain drops may be currently interrupting our beach weekend plans, the weather is warming up and long beach days in the hot sun are just around the corner. Summer may be the season of carefree fun, but before we get to that state of ease, we have some work to do. Let this blog be your source for summer-ready style - from your soft, bronze skin to your tight bikini clad body. Get your body fit It’s time to finally burn off the extra pounds you packed on over the winter holiday - and ignored straight through your New Year’s resolution and well into spring.
“What we wanted to do from the beginning is completely revamp the business model used by terrestrial stations.”
“We’re developing something where we know we’re still a couple of years away before it’s mainstream”, “but as soon as that technology is widely available, there’s going to be a whole change as far as broadcasting and entertainment, and we’re going to be ahead of the wave.”

X1FM has an incredible line-up of Dj's which includes: Chris Cantore "The Chris Cantore Show (a local radio celeb, and formerly with 91x for 11 years), Trevor Forsell "The Gun Show", and Dean Mitchell "The British Invasion."

All deliver amazing shows, and fun entertainment for our listeners. Listen live as we are always giving away concert tickets and streaming Live In-Studio Interviews with bands such as The Ramones, Kinky, Flogging Molly, And many more!!
