Local San Diego entrepreneur and web marketer brings the heat! To the kitchen table that is. . . San Diego’s own Robert Burns recently launched a new gourmet hot sauce company, Scorpion Bay Hot Sauce. I was lucky enough to get a sample the premiere hot sauce flavors this week. I am an absolute flavor-fanatic, and my palette was more than satisfied.

Tabasco
is out— Scorpion Bay Hot Sauce is what’s hot now. 3 main flavors introduce the Scorpion spice to San Diego: De Arbol Hot Sauce, Chipotle Hot Sauce, and Avocado Hot Sauce. The De Arbol Hot Sauce is a thick hole-in-the-wall taco-shop style sauce with the perfect fiery kick. It’s like your favorite taco shop’s sauce—but better. The Chipotle Hot Sauce a sweet and smoky blend with hints of chocolate and various other secret ingredients, creating a seductively smooth spice. The Hotacado Avocado Hot Sauce combines the two best of both worlds: mellow Avocados and spicy Serrano chili peppers. The combination is beyond words.

There’s no longer any need to double-dip spice to spice and shop around—all the best ingredients unite in Scorpion Bay Hot Sauce flavors.
If you live a spicy lifestyle and enjoy a kick with each meal, you must take a walk on the wild side and try this new hot sauce company. You won’t want to share this gourmet hot sauce—but not to worry; Scorpion Bay Hot Sauce comes in large, wide-mouth bottles, so there’s always enough to go around. Stalk up on my personal favorite Hotcado Avocado Hot Sauce for tostada salads, steak marinades—and of course Taco Tuesday fish tacos.
I take spice seriously when I eat in San Diego—any other hot sauce addicts out there? Show some love for
Scorpion Bay.

Tried 2 of 3 flavors, both were awesome. The de arbol is pretty damn spicy… just the way I like it!
