North County Events for September not mentioned in my monthly update include the Carlsbad ArtSplash, the Del Mar International Horse Show, the Art of the Book Festival in Fallbrook, the Poway Day’s Heritage Parade and the Oceanside Harbor Days, call 760-722-1534.
Does anyone know what happened to the Art of the Book Festival in Fallbrook? I showed up and the place was a ghost town. No one had any idea what festival I was talking about. :/
