Artwalk 2006

If you’re staying in town this weekend, make sure you head down to Little Italy for Artwalk. This is an annual two day event that is a celebration of art for your eyes and your ears. The best way to get there is to take the trolley, get a $5 day pass and beat the parking nightmare. If you head down on Sunday, you may want to stick around late and walk over to the Casbah for the “Ain’t No Cure” benefit. There will be ten local bands covering Cure songs. The donation is $10 and you will receive a great complilation cd, Songs For Summer. This event was masterminded by Adam from Rookie Card, so it’s bound to be a good time.
