i read that article too. i have to agree. there are going to be a lot of people upside down on their loans in the next few years. bad for them but good for us who are waiting out the inflated market…
That guy is trying to sell his book with doom and gloom market predictions. San Diego crashing in 2007? Strong words. I’m a bear on the housing market, but that guy is nuts. Carlsbad isn’t going to crash in 2007. Could prices return to 2003 levels? Sure. Crash – no!
Be patient. Remember Japan. Price corrections can take years.
