I’ve seen this before, it’s a pretty powerful way to scout out real estate or see the value of your, or someone elses, home.
Interestingly the house I live in, which is a duplex, was sold in Sept. 05 for $845 K now according to Zillow, is worth 1 million…. even though no others have been sold in my neighborhood. I just can’t believe there has been an 18% increase in value in 6 months… WHO can afford to buy these houses???? My place is a dump. (ok, not really, but a million? for a duplex next to the freeway that has had no upgrades since 1979 when it was built? crazy place we live in.
