Hey y'all, writeup of part I still being written and proofed, but here are photos from both events taken by leahpeah. Rock Bottom in La Jolla was a great venue (lovely brews!), though a little loud for "serious discussion" - -still, that was what Part I was all about. Our wonderful sponsor, Mingle.com provided some refreshments, as well as an iPod Shuffle, won by our own MAS. Also a lynda.com CD-ROM called "Learning Blogger" was won by Nick. I remember great individual conversations about why people blog, advertising, readership, podcasting technologies, and more. But so scattered? We had about 25-30 people filter through during the event. I want to thank MAS, Steve, and Leah for helping this event such a success. Many people thanked me for putting the event together, but without their serious coordination, it would not have been possible in the least.
