socal wipodSoCal FreeFi is the most comprehensive resource I’ve seen for finding free internet access in the San Diego and Southern California area. Their list of San Diego Hotspots include all of my own favorite spots for a quick cup of coffee and info-snacking on my laptop. All directories are also available from your WAP enabled phone and downloadable onto your iPod.

Furthermore, users can contribute to the site by adding valuable information and/or comments to reviews of each Wi-Fi hotspots. As soon as I resize some of my pictures of my favorite SD wi-fi cafes, I plan on submitting them to the site.
