I try to do my best to keep the secret about how great San Diego is to those in –lesser areas–. Anything I can say to scare people away, I will. Fires, floods, traffic, earthquakes, gas prices. The less people that move here, the faster I can drive up and down the I-15.

Saw an article recently about the outflow being higher than the inflow. See St. James Infirmary for more ways to scare away the n00bs.
