In June we wrote about San Diego Freecycle, well, there’s a new Freecycle group: Central San Diego Freecycle.

Freecycle is a simple concept - sort of “leave a penny/take a penny” - but for objects. Have an old exercise bike you want to get rid of? Post it to Freecycle and someone will take if off your hands. Someone posts they have an old microwave — you need one? Reply to the poster and take if off their hands. The rules are that these aren’t financial transactions — after all, it’s FREE cycle.
