Last August Leah wrote a piece about Ray at Night, a great event that happens in North Park of San Diego. Well, the
North County Times - has a new article about just that topic, and it captures it pretty well.
Tiny Ray Street in North Park has become a mecca for studios and artists, and each second Saturday they hold what is billed as San Diego’s largest monthly art event: Ray at Night.
The event offers exhibits and live music. Galleries display work by local artists, who are often on hand to talk about their work.
When Leah wrote last year’s piece, there wasn’t much online about Ray@Night — but there’s a bit more now:
You know, it occurs to me that there are so many different artists featured at the galleries at a Ray at Night (we are talking about a dozen or so galleries) that to link to them all would be hard. If you know of a San Diego Artist who should be mentioned as a Ray-at-Night-er, please mention them in the comments below or drop a line at artlung.com/feedback. Thanks!
