Traffic Cameras REDUX

Here’s the response I received regarding the Red Light Cameras and my unfortunate incident this weekend:

The City of San Diego’s Red Light Photo Enforcement program is being reinstated due to the fact that many studies have shown that it is a proven method of deterring motorists from running the red.

At this time, the cameras are properly calibrated. However, the cameras are setup to take pictures when running a red light for southbound move on 10th Avenue.
